Growing up learning about food from our passionate families & with diverse experience in the hospitality industry, we were inspired to embark on a new journey together upon meeting in 2011 – travelling, cooking & making people happy. Travel to Mexico & Spain inspired our creation – Soul Cocina. The business has now evolved & expanded – we have two food trucks and some really good memories! We continue to travel to weddings and festivals from our base in Augusta/Margaret River, giving people a soulful experience and making weddings & events something special to remember.
All our food is handmade, with diverse flavours and textures of a Latin influence. It’s comfort food from the heart of exotic places, with slow cooked free-range proteins, punchy & zesty sauces and salsas, fresh wholesome salads & vegetables & authentic Latin dishes fused with our own touch & style. They are sensational flavours from a diverse menu, with mindful options for those with special diets & tastes. We aim to please and leave our diners feeling totally satisfied and inspired…….Much of our ongoing work comes from referrals, which makes us very happy!
